Place selections and quantities in the Shopping Cart as if you were going to purchase online. Print the shopping cart order form with the selected items. Empty the shopping cart. Print and then fill out Order Form with all your credit card information and a photocopy of the front of your credit card. All three items must be complete and correct to execute your order. Texas residents must add 8.25% sales tax.

CHECK ORDER BY MAIL

Place the selections in the shopping cart as if you were going to make a credit card purchase. When shopping is complete, Print the Shopping Cart form. Empty the shopping cart. Print and fill out Order Form; include it with your check and the copy of your shopping cart order. Texas residents must add 8.25% sales tax. Check will be verified and deposited before shipment.

Submit your standard credit reference forms, including banks and 5 trade references to establish an open account. With our very low pricing and solid customer service comes strict payment terms and a thorough review of your company's credit. Please do not request terms for an open account unless you know your organization has a record demonstrating consistently prompt payments to all vendors.
