We will not share or sell any information about Ergomart customers to anyone outside this corporation unless you explicitly request or agree to such a sharing of information.  (Drop-shipping information is shared with our manufacturers who factory-direct certain products for Ergomart.)

Should Ergomart be purchased by a corporation, group or individual, our terms of the sale will include a provision that guarantees the above described privacy protection remain in effect and perpetual for those who purchased products from Ergomart while these provisions were originally in effect.
